Directions from Amherst Center

Travel North on Pleasant Street, make a left at Triangle Street, then make a right on North Pleasant Street (at the lights).  Stay on North Pleasant through the U-Mass campus, come to a fork with a sign for Rt. 63.  DO NOT take 63 to the right.  Go left at the fork onto Sunderland Road.  Take Sunderland Road to Rt. 116 then go right on 116.  We are about 3 miles North on 116 on the left, directly across the street from Cliffside Apartments in the same complex as Changes beauty salon.  Parking and entrance to the studio is in the back of the building.

Take Rt 9. towards Hadley.  Look for Staples on the left, then go right on 116 North.  Continue on 116 North for about 6 miles.  Bikram Yoga Amherst is on 116 on the left, directly across the street from Cliffside Apartments in the same complex as Changes beauty salon.  Parking and entrance to the studio is in the back of the building.
